Prayer for Captives Held in Azerbaijan Offered in the Holy Mother Cathedral
On January 19, under the direction of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, the brotherhood of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, presided over by His Grace Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, Chancellor of the Mother See, offered prayers to God in the Holy Mother Cathedral following the Divine Liturgy. The prayers were dedicated to the representatives of the political and military leadership, servicemen, and civilians of the Republic of Artsakh who have been unlawfully detained in Baku by Azerbaijan under fabricated charges.
