New sowers. Sunday schools open
For about a year, a number of Sunday schools have been operating in different settlements of Artsakh at the initiative of the CCEP of Artsakh Diocese, where children, with the help of teachers, develop their thinking and logic, receive the necessary knowledge and thereby strengthen their spiritual values.
Inspired by the benefits of the early First School, a number of educators have recently taken preparatory courses to contribute to the new Sunday Schools.
On October 1, with the blessing of the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Grace Bishop Abrahamyan, a number of children had their first lesson in the newly opened Sunday schools of the Artsakh Diocese.
Last semester there were 12 classes in Sunday schools in 11 communities, and now there are 30 classes in 27 communities. In the new academic year, Sunday schools will operate in the city of Martuni and in the villages of Kert, Karahunj, Sos, Machkalashen, Khnatsakh, Aygestan, Qolatak, Vaghuhas, Shahmasur, Gishi, Spitakshen, Karmir gyugh, Sarushen, Dashushen, Khachmach.
The satisfied and smiling faces of the children prove that, with God's support and guidance, a fruitful school year awaits them.
