Healing Trauma for the People of Artsakh
The “The Last Hope for Artsakh People” program, initiated by the Bible Society of Armenia, continues to prioritize support for forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh who have found refuge in various regions of Armenia.
This time, the program entitled "Healing to Live" was implemented for Artsakh residents currently living in Gyumri and Vanadzor.
The participants were individuals who had previously sought spiritual and psychological support during the 2024 pastoral visit of His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh.
The aim of the program is to help the people of Artsakh alleviate the pain of their losses and rediscover spiritual strength to face the new challenges of life.
During the meetings, essential topics were discussed, such as:
- “If God loves me, why am I suffering?”
- “How can we forgive others?”
- “Surrendering pain to the Cross.”
Participants received trauma-healing guides and copies of the Holy Bible.
