Today is the birthday of the pious deacon Narek Petrosyan, a devoted son of the Armenian Church and Homeland, formerly serving as the assistant to the spiritual leader of the Armed Forces of Armenia.

Deacon Narek, throughout his brief yet substantive earthly life, served as a vivid and genuine example of a warrior of Christ and his Homeland.

He was born in Artsakh, lived for Artsakh, and perished for the sake of Artsakh.

We pray to God that the soul of our beloved deacon finds a worthy place in the Kingdom of God.
