Feast of the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God in the churches of the Artsakh Diocese
On the feast of the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God, a festive Holy Liturgy was served in the functioning churches of the Artsakh Diocese. The Reverend fathers presented to the faithful the history of the Assumption of the Mother of God, handed down to us by the sacred tradition of our Church.
The clergy and believers, gathered in churches, asked for the intercession of the Holy Mother of God for the salvation of the Armenian world and the Armenian people.
At the end of the Liturgy, the Reverend Fathers performed the rite of blessing the grapes and distributed the consecrated grapes to those present.
