"Generational Theory" at the Artsakh 2024 Co-Working Platform
On October 26, sociologist Hayk Trunyan, PhD, was a guest speaker at the "Artsakh 2024" co-working platform of the "YNTSA" Center in the Diocese of Artsakh. He delivered a lecture on the topic of "Generational Theory."
Participants were introduced to the thought processes, emotional characteristics, and interpersonal challenges of different generations, as well as the underlying causes of these conflicts and their potential solutions. As societal dynamics worldwide continue to evolve, the differences in perceptions and worldviews among generations become more pronounced. These differences necessitate additional effort and conscious analysis to ensure harmony between generations.
Given the timeless relevance of this topic, and with representatives of different generations present, the discussion unfolded in a lively and constructive atmosphere.
Similar meetings with various experts will be ongoing.
