Foundation of “Armenian Youth Center” in Martakert

June 1, International Children's Day, was celebrated in Martakert with a very important event. On the initiative of the Artsakh Diocese and with the support of the French organization “SOS Christians of the East”, a reconstruction program was launched for the “Center of Armenian Youth” in Martakert.

On this occasion, the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, the leadership of the organization "SOS Christians of the East" headed by director Benjamin Blanchard, adviser to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Mrs. Lusine Karakhanyan and other guests arrived in Martakert. The Primate of the Artsakh Diocese and the director of the mentioned organization signed a blessing memorandum and walled it up in the foundation of the building.
