“The birth of a book is like the birth of a child”

Today at the center of the “House of Russian Book” a presentation of the book “Orange of the Lost Sun” by the famous writer and journalist Ashot Beglaryan from Artsakh took place, which was congratulated by the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, noting that the birth of a book is like the birth of a child, it comes and makes his family happy. The presentation of the book was also attended by the President of the public organization "Dialogue" Yuri Navoyan, the President of the Union of Writers of Artsakh Norik Gasparyan, the former Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Artsakh Lusine Karakhanyan, a number of writers and guests.

The book includes a novel of the same name about the Great Patriotic War, several stories about the Artsakh wars, as well as a series of short essays dedicated to the months-long blockade of the homeland, under the general title “The Siege.”
