The Prinate of the Artsakh Diocese met with representatives of the organization “Doctors Without Borders”

The Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Grace Bishop Abrahamyan, received the director of the Armenian office of “Doctors Without Borders” and management staff. His Grace drew the organization’s attention to the inhumane, catastrophic blockade by Azerbaijan that has been ongoing for 9 months, as a result of which Artsakh is in a humanitarian crisis and on the verge of genocide.

The problems and needs of Artsakh residents displaced due to the 2020 war and located in the Republic of Armenia as a result of the blockade, including socio-psychological ones, were also discussed. An agreement was reached to continue joint work and programs with the Artsakh Diocese.
