ANNOUNCEMENT
Gevorkian Theological Seminary of The Mother See Of Holy Etchmiadzin announces enrollment for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Male citizens up to 25 years old from Armenia and other countries with a secondary (or higher) education, who are faithful of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, can enter the Gevorkian Theological Seminary and the Sevan Theological Seminary "Vazgenyan". Citizens who have performed military service in the Armenian Armed Forces can also apply for it.
ADMISSION FOR THE 2022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR TO THE GEVORKIAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY IS CARRIED OUT ON EXAMS IN THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS:
- ARMENIAN LANGUAGE (Written)
- ARMENIAN LITERATURE (Oral)
- HISTORY OF ARMENIA (Oral)
APPLICANTS WILL ALSO HAVE AN INFORMATIONAL CONVERSATION WITH THE SEMINARY INSPECTION ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
- Bible Knowledge
- Knowledge of the history of the Armenian Church,
- Church experience
- Armenian literature,
- Ability to Express Oneself
- Music (singing, hearing, sense of rhythm),
- Foreign language (English, Russian).
APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WHEN APPLYING FOR ADMISSION
- ♰ Application addressed to the Dean of the seminary (filled in on the spot);
- ♰ Certificate of secondary (or higher) education (original);
- ♰ Military status document (original);
- ♰ Certificate from the Primate of the Diocese or the pastor of the region;
- ♰ Certificate of medical examination;
- ♰ Characteristic (from the director of the school);
- ♰ Certificate of residence,
- ♰ Baptism certificate,
- ♰ Autobiography,
- ♰ Passport copy,
- ♰ 2 photos (3×4).
Applications are accepted from April 20 to August 20, all days of the week, from 10:00 to 15:00.
