Specialists from Germany, Switzerland and the Russian Federation also joined conference in an online format.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"alignnleft\" href=\"https:\/\/artsakhdiocese.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Center, Archimandrite Garegin Hambardzumyan, was the representative of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin at the conference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan and the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh Mr. Artur Tovmasyan conveyed their welcoming speech to those present.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
