of the last Artsakh war.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At 11:00 a moment of silence will be announced in the Republic and a procession to the Memorial Complex will begin from the Church of St. Jacob in Stepanakert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At 12:30-13:00, the opening and consecration of the \"Altar of Light\" dedicated to the Third Artsakh War will take place in the Memorial
