In his speech, the State Minister highly appreciated the dedication and mission of the servants of Dadivank  presented the \u00abOrder of Gratitude\u00bb to the Holy Father, on behalf of the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan. <\/p>\n<p>Father Nerses Harutyunyan, on  his own behalf and on behalf of other clergy, thanked for the high appreciation, noting that the clergy fulfill their mission and service without any expectations, always carrying native Artsakh in their hearts. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the meeting once again confirmed the fact that Artsakh is a cherished value for the spiritual and secular servants of the Armenian people, which always unites us
