The beneficiaries of the center are children with disabilities who have been displaced from Artsakh.<\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by officials from Artsakh, members of the Diocesan Council of the Artsakh Diocese, as well as representatives of the \"SOS Chr\u00e9tiens d\u2019Orient\" organization, led by its Director General, Benjamin Blanchard.
