The center operates entirely on a voluntary basis, guided by a council as its governing body.\nDuring its inaugural meeting, the council discussed initial phase-related issues, including strategy development, information gathering, collaboration with other active social protection entities, and the recruitment of volunteers and financial resources. The council comprises professionals from various fields, who have pledged to contribute to the center\u2019s activities within the scope of their expertise.
